This is the juice cleanse I’m doing:
I’ve made a few modifications - no kiwis [I couldn’t find them at the grocery store], no cardamom [hella expensive], and I’m only drinking 2 of the green juices per day. Also, I’m drinking four days of the pineapple-apple smoothie instead of two days of beet-carrot and two days of pineapple-apple.
I’ve made all my juices for the day and tasted them. They all taste really yummy so I’m less apprehensive about the cleanse. So far I drank the first green smoothie and the lemonade. Not hungry but it’s only 12:30. More updates tonight.
